She is currently involved in a wide range of projects and initiatives with clinicians, bioinformaticists, university faculty, public librarians, community partners, and local organizations. These include researching the effect health information provision has on patient outcomes and engagement, creating consumer health information services that are high-tech and high-touch, building organizational patient education information infrastructure, and integrating library services into the EHR and PHR.
