*The Hands-On Skills Workshop at JADPRO Live 2018 (the “Workshop”) is intended to provide to participants an overview and hands-on experience in how to perform a bone marrow biopsy, lumbar puncture, ommaya reservoir placement and suturing skills procedures in a medical office, hospital, or other clinical setting. This activity is not a formal clinical training or certification. Participation in the Workshop does not establish a professional relationship, nor does it result in a license or certification. The Workshop organizers, Harborside Medical Education, The Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO) and The Journal of the Advanced Practitioner in Oncology (JADPRO) (together, the “Workshop Parties”) are not licensed to practice medicine, and are not engaged in the practice of medicine.
Group Registration
Group registration cannot be combined with another discount program, i.e. SMARTIE and Member and Non-Member Student registration rates. Participants enrolled in either of these discount programs will not qualify for group registration.
Discounted Student registration rate applies to those currently enrolled in an education program leading to eligibility for licensure as one of the following:
Proof of student status must be provided (transcript, course load listing, or faculty letter). Please submit this information to ctrachtenbroit@hbside.com in order to complete your registration.
Payment Type
Online registration: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express only.
Cancellations: All cancellations require written notification to conference organizers at ctrachtenbroit@hbside.com
Refunds: Cancellations received on or before September 19, 2018 will receive a full refund less $55 processing fee. Cancellations received September 20 through October 3, will receive a 50% refund less the $55 processing fee. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations made after October 3. No-shows and cancellation notifications received after the conference will not receive a refund or credit.
Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. Registration payments made via check will be refunded via check to the original payee. Please allow two to three weeks. Registration payments made via credit card will appear on your statement as a charge from "Harborside Press".
Please note: If you cancel your conference registration, please cancel your hotel reservation within the JADPRO Live Housing Block. Conference organizers reserve the right to remove any housing reservations within the conference block that are not supported by a JADPRO Live conference registration.
Should you become unable to attend JADPRO Live, your registration may be transferred in its entirety to another individual. A full registration may NOT be shared by multiple individuals. Written notification of a substitution must be received by 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 and will not incur any additional fee. No substitutions will be honored on-site.
