Sherry Goldman, NP, CBCN, is a graduate of UCLA, where she received a master's of science in nursing. She earned her bachelor's degree in health science from California State University, Northridge. She is certified as a nurse practitioner and breast care nurse.

Goldman was personally recruited by Armando Giuliano, MD, co-director of the Saul and Joyce Brandman Breast Center — A Project of Women's Guild, to join his patient care team. Before coming to Cedars-Sinai, Goldman managed the follow-up and high-risk clinics at the UCLA Breast Center. These clinics were established to help women recovering from breast cancer and those at increased risk for the disease.

With more than 30 years of women's health experience, Goldman has authored a number of articles and wrote a book titled Breast Cancer 101. She is also a delegate on the board of the National Breast Cancer Coalition.
