Lisa Nodzon PhD, ARNP, AOCNP is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Malignant Hematology at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. She is credentialed as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She received a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Florida with a focus on Molecular and Cellular biology, and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Cancer Biology at Mayo Clinic. She is a member of the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology, American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncology and has received several educational and professional awards. Her practice encompasses the care of hematology patients with an emphasis on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. She has co-authored several peer reviewed journal articles in addition to speaking at the national level.
