HOPA designates this educational activity for a maximum of 7.75 BCOP credits. Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) credit will be issued for individual sessions. To earn BCOP credit, you must attend a designated BCOP specialty session. A BCOP statement of credit will be issued only upon completion of a post-activity evaluation form and post-test, with a passing grade of 75% achieved.
