Edward Groenendal, MA is a clinical counselor in private practice in Crystal Lake, IL. He is a past vice president of the Illinois Chapter of ISSTD, and Northwest Illinois Component Group of ISSTD.He is currently of the faculty staff of The Professional Training Program of ISSTD. Mr. Groenendal has presented on a range of issues related to working with trauma and dissociation. Having been a member of ISSTD since 2005, he has also presented to health organizations about dissociation and trauma.

Mr. Groenendal’s primary focus has been providing therapy to those suffering from Dissociative Disorders. He also provides consultations for other therapists working with this population. In addition, Edward provides therapuetic services to combat vererans.
