Rochelle Sharpe Lohrasbe, Ph.D., RCC, holds a Ph.D. in Child and Youth Care (UVIC). Beginning with a career in forensic psychiatric nursing (youth and adult settings), she has more than 30 years of clinical experience in the field of traumatic stress and developmental wounding working with children of all ages. She is an EMDRIA-approved consultant in EMDR therapy, holds Advanced Certification in Neuroptimal Neurofeedback, and has training in Clinical Hypnosis. Dr. Sharpe Lohrasbe holds a faculty position with the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute and facilitates professional education internationally and has also presented at several conferences including EMDR Canada, ISSTD, and recently at the CYC World Conference.
