Dr. Katherine High is currently President and Head of R&D at Spark Therapeutics, a publicly traded biotech company focused on discovering, developing, and delivering life-altering transformation for those patients and families affected by genetic disease. Prior to joining Spark, Dr. High was the William Bennett Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania, and an Investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. She is a past president of the American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy.
