Laurence Needleman was born in the Bronx and moved to Philadelphia to work at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the second Director of Ultrasound succeeding Barry Goldberg. He trained at Cornell Medical Center in Radiology and was a fellow at Jefferson for Body Imaging. He is former president of the IAC-VT.

Dennis Bandyk MD FACS is a Professor of Surgery at the Univeristy of California - San Diego School of Medicine; and an academic faculty member in the Division of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery at the Sulpizio CardioVascular Center, La Jolla Ca. His clinical and research interests are in the areas of noninvasive vascular testing, stem cell therapy for critical imb ischemia, arterial infections, managment of dialysis access complications. Dr Bandyk is pat-president of the Florida Vascular Surgery Society, Distinguished Academic Fellow of the Society for Vascular Surgery, and a member of the American Surgical Association. He is editor of Seminars in Vascular Surgery journal and authored or co-authored over 250 peer-reviewed articles, 100 book chapters, and Co-Editor of the texbook - Noninvasive Vascular Diagnosis.

Raghu Kolluri

System Medical Director, Vascular Medicine

Dr. Raghu Kolluri is currently the System Medical Director of Vascular Medicine at the Riverside Methodist Hospital/ OhioHealth System, where he is responsible for the non-invasive vascular medicine service line across 10 hospitals. He is also the Medical Director of 12 vascular labs across the OhioHealth System. His newest role is as the Medical Director of OhioHealth's vascular core lab. He currently serves on various advisory boards and committees.

After graduating from Armed Forces Medical College, India, Dr. Kolluri completed Internal Medicine Residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital, in Columbus Ohio followed by a Vascular Medicine fellowship training at The Cleveland Clinic. He then went on to develop and regionalize a non-invasive vascular medicine service line and vascular labs at HSHS system/ Prairie Cardiovascular consultants, IL. He also developed and served as the Director of SynvaCor, the core wound lab for several multinational CLI Trials, before moving back to Columbus.

He has been an invited speaker at several vascular and wound conferences. His clinical and research interests include non-invasive testing, CLI and chronic venous disease. He has published several peer reviewed articles and book chapters in the field of Vascular Medicine.

Dr. John Pellerito is the Vice Chair of Education and Director of the Peripheral Vascular Laboratory in the Department of Radiology at Northwell Health in Manhasset, New York. He is also the Director of the Body Imaging Fellowship at North Shore University Hospital. He is also Professor of Radiology at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.

Dr. Pellerito graduated from New York University before receiving his M.D. from Albany Medical College. He served as a radiologist at Yale-New Haven Hospital before his current positions at Northwell Health. He is the author of many publications, including many Doppler applications in OB/GYN and vascular diseases. Dr. Pellerito has held multiple editorial appointments including Radiology, RadioGraphics and Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine.

He was a board examiner for the American Board of Radiology. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), Board of Directors of the Society of Ultrasound in Medical Education and Board of Directors of the Intersocietal Commission for the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). Dr. Pellerito is in great demand as a speaker both nationally and internationally.

Thom Rooke

Dr. Thom Rooke obtained a BS in Physiology at the University of Michigan and an MD at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. After completing Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Medicine residencies at Mayo Clinic, he joined the Vascular Medicine section at Mayo. Dr. Rooke is the former Head of the Section of Vascular Medicine and founder of the Mayo Clinic Wound Care Center. He is currently the Krehbiel Professor of Vascular Medicine.

Dr. Rooke serves on a number of national boards, committees, and societies. He is Past-President of both the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL) and the Society for Vascular Medicine.

Dr. Rooke's interests include medical writing and the art of the medical lecture.
