Jenni Sokol (FRACP, FCICM, MHPE, GCCS) is the Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Head of Simulation and has been involved in Simulation-based Education for the past 14 years. She has led the RCH Simulation Program and the Simulation Team since its commencement in June 2015, focusing on training to improve patient safety, management of the deteriorating patient, and communication within teams and with families and patients, to improve clinical outcomes across the hospital. Jenni also works as Consultant Neonatologist with the Victorian Paediatric, Infant, Perinatal, Emergency Retrieval (PIPER) Service at the RCH and is trained in Neonatology and Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine.

Hello, I am Kevin Haddad.
I am from Geneva, Switzerland (french part), and I work in Geneva University Hospitals, in Pediatric Department.
I was a pediatric emergencies specialized male nurse, and now I am a training officer in pediatric hi-fidelity simulations since 2011.
I am also American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor.
I made the level 2 of EuSim Simulation Instructor course, and I have a certificate for teaching to adults from Geneva University.
I am in charge of coordination of in situ simulation program for all care units. Last year, we made 165 interprofessionnal sessions and we have trained 1240 physicians and care givers.
I am also in charge of pediatric resuscitation procedures for our children hospital.
