We will detail a number of factors that contribute to the successful installation of hydraulically applied materials. Learn how the physical characteristics and properties of the material to be applied, along with the matching of equipment technologies and systems are used for the successful application of Hydraulic Erosion Control Products (HECP).

Matt Hoffman

Matt Hoffman has more than 20 years experience in dealer sales management including new product development, global sales initiatives, and strategic planning. He has worked extensively in Aerospace, Aviation, Transportation, Construction, Industrial Distribution segments. Hoffman joined the FINN Corporation as Director of Dealer Development in 2014 where he successfully guided the growth of the FINN Dealer Network. Currently Hoffman serves as FINN's Executive Director of Sales, Marketing, and Product Management where he manages the future of FINN products, and leads the sales, marketing and product management functions. Hoffman is well versed in erosion and sediment control practices and is currently working towards his CPESC.

Ron Ciolfi

Ron Ciolfi has nearly 20 years experience with FINN erosion control equipment, both at the dealer and manufacturer levels. As a FINN Market Development Manager, he works with dealers and end users as support after-the-sale, including field training, imparting proper erosion and sediment control principles and guidelines, and field research. Ron is also a member of the Board of Directors for IAHP, the International Association of Hydroseeding Professionals, and is a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC) from his home state of Maryland.
