Andrea Braga is a Principal Water Resources Engineer based in Massachusetts with more than 12 years of professional experience focused on helping clients develop innovative solutions to their complex water quality, flooding, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) compliance issues. She specializes in stormwater system design, modeling, and analysis from project planning and permitting to whole life-cycle costing, construction oversight, monitoring, and maintenance. Andrea’s practice focuses on innovative strategies for stormwater management using advanced green infrastructure (GI) and low impact development (LID) design technologies. She has extensive experience conducting and managing large and small watershed hydrologic and hydraulic modeling projects. Andrea’s practice also includes stormwater NPDES compliance and permit support; municipal stormwater program planning and implementation; and climate change adaptation and resiliency planning. She also manages one of the firm’s largest water resources projects, which involves nationwide construction NPDES compliance auditing services for a large retail developer.

Mark S Goldsmith, CPESC, CESSWI; Director of EH&S Compliance for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mark earned his B.S. in Natural Resources & Environmental Science from Purdue University, and has 30+ years of experience in the stormwater industry. He began his career as a product consultant for erosion and sediment control materials, geosynthetics and drainage products. Mark then moved to the regulatory side of the industry, and spent nearly 14 years with the Indiana Department of Natural Resource, Division of Soil Conservation, providing field support, and implementing the State's NPDES program for construction stormwater. Mark joined Walmart in January 2006 as a Sr. Manager of Stormwater Compliance, was promoted to Director of the Stormwater Compliance Program in July of that same year, and continues to lead the national Stormwater Compliance program for Walmart.

Mark has spent more than a decade working with EnviroCert International, Inc. the leading industry professional certification organization. EnviroCert administers 5 water quality based certifications, including Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ), Certified Professional in Industrial Stormwater Management (CPISM), Certified Professional Municipal Stormwater Manager (CPMSM) and Certified Erosion, Sediment, Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI). Mark has held several leadership positions with EnviroCert, including CPESC Council Chair and EnviroCert Board Chairman. Mark currently serves as the Vice-president of the Board of Directors for EnviroCert.
