Mr. Michael Hogan is an Assistant Environmental Scientist in the Environmental Services Global Practices at Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. Mr. Hogan specializes in NPDES permitting with a focus on Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development and construction monitoring for a variety of construction projects nationwide. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Soils, Environmental, and Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Missouri, and has over 3 years of professional experience in the stormwater industry. He has developed over 30 SWPPPs, conducted stormwater permitting across 12 different states, and performed onsite SWPPP training and construction compliance monitoring in Oklahoma and Illinois.
