Basic premise to hold water for pollutants to settle is resulting in smaller water quality orifices that are prone to clogging. This presentation will introduce the idea of using a skimmer with a non-clog design to enhance water quality while also reducing maintenance issues, based on two pilot projects in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC.
