Sarah is President of Deluge Consulting, Inc. with more than 10 years of experience in storm water management consulting and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation for the California General Permit for construction activities, site monitoring and permitting assistance. Sarah provides storm water management on commercial, residential, renewable energy and petroleum construction projects. Other experience includes site monitoring and water sampling for industrial projects.

As Westwood's technical director for construction stormwater compliance, he is responsible for the development, updating, and coordination of NPDES/SWPPP compliance services including narratives, erosion and sediment control plans, typical details, inspections, and other construction stormwater compliance services. Aaron focuses on corporate quality control and implementing service and product industry standards for Westwood clients nationwide. While coordinating and managing a national program, Aaron provides consistent products tailored to the regional demands and unique needs of the land, energy, and power delivery markets. Danielle Kurek, MS, CPESC, CESSWI, QSP/D, is a stormwater management professional specializing in environmental compliance and permitting for construction and industrial sectors. She has experience with regulations and permitting in over 30 states, with a focus on NPDES for large commercial scale and residential construction projects. A native Ohioan, after earning her MS in Biology at the University of Toledo, got her start in California working on some of the largest transmission and solar construction projects at the time. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

Ashley is the Stormwater Review Manager for the City of Raleigh (NC). She previously served as the State Sediment Specialist with NC Department of Environmental Quality. Ashley has an MS in Environmental Engineering and Science from Clemson University and a BS in Civil Engineering from NC State University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager with over 10 years experience working for local and state government and consulting in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina.

Karyn began her career with ten years of service at the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service in SC, MA, and NC. She then worked for the NC - Department of Environmental Quality - Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources in the regional and state office for almost 12 years before beginning to work for Durham County in December of 2016.
