Adam Dibble, CESSWI, Senior Marketing & Erosion Control Brand Manager has been with Profile Products since 2009. Dibble holds bachelor’s degrees in Business and Marketing from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. In December 2014, Dibble received the CESSWI designation and in July of 2015 was recognized by Storm Water Solutions as one of the “Rising Stars” The Next Generation of Industry Leaders. Dibble was published in industry trade publications more than 10 times including 3 cover stories since 2015. In February 2016, Dibble was elected to the International Erosion Control Association Region 1 Board of Directors and selected as the Vice President of Marketing. In February 2017, Dibble received the IECA "Outstanding Professional" award, given to the member whose contributions have greatly benefited the organization.
At Profile, Dibble works across all business units with primary responsibility in erosion and vegetative solutions. He is most involved with the creation and implementation of value-added education and marketing programs. In addition to marketing initiatives, he is responsible for the overall direction and support of Profile’s erosion control business.
Prior to working at Profile Products, Dibble spent four years as the Director of Marketing and Communications for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with over 90,000 members. He developed recruitment and retention programming and executed marketing initiatives that increased membership and promoted the overall organization. Dibble received numerous industry awards related to marketing and programing development.
Dibble lives in the Detroit, Mi. area with his wife Stephanie and their two St. Bernard’s, Maizie Blu and Mollie Lu. Dibble enjoys cooking/grilling for family events and traveling to new destinations.

Marc S. Theisen, M.S., CPESC, CPSWQ, CESSWI is Vice President of Business Development and Technical Services for Profile Products, LLC. He has extensive global experience in erosion and sediment control working on energy, mining, infrastructure and construction related projects over six continents. He manages the development and technical marketing of a comprehensive family of erosion control, sediment control, biotic soil amendment and stormwater treatment technologies.
He is a founding member of the Erosion Control Technology Council (ECTC) and a member of the ASTM D18 and D35 Committees on Erosion Control, Sediment Control and Geosynthetics. He is an active and longtime member and past Technical Vice President of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA). In 2007 Marc was recognized by Land Development Today magazine as a Stormwater All-Star – one of the most influential people in stormwater management and in 2015 as a “Mover and Shaker” by Storm Water Solutions magazine.

Rhett K. Kerby, M.S., Business Development and Marketing Manager at Bamert Seed Company received in undergraduate degree in agronomy from Texas Tech University and his graduated degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University. Rhett gained invaluable experience in conservation and ecological restoration while working 8 years as a District Conservationist for USDA-NRCS. Today, Rhett provides reclamation/native seed consultation regarding seed bed preparation, seed application methods, seeding rates, species selection, weed control methods (chemical and mechanical), soil health, and erosion control to numerous industries. Consultation clients include: Professional Engineers, CPESCs, SWPPP inspectors and administrators, Environmental Consulting Firms, Landscape Architects, District Conservationists and Rangeland Management Specialists, Oil and Gas contractors, Mining contractors, DOT Vegetation Specialists, Hydromulch contractors, Wildlife Biologists, and State/County/City government officials.
Michael V. Harding is an environmental scientist and one of the leading technical experts in the field of erosion and sediment control. A graduate from Purdue University, Michael has over forty years of experience in resource management, mined land reclamation, wildlife habitat development, and nonpoint source pollution control both in the United States and overseas. Michael specializes in the evaluation, research, development, and application of cost-effective erosion control materials and techniques, and is a Certified Professional Erosion and Sediment Control Specialist (CPESC), Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI) and a Trainer of Record for California’s QSP/QSD program. He has provided legal support and expert witness for domestic and international mediation, arbitration and litigation cases involving soil erosion, re-vegetation and reclamation.
Michael designed and supervised the construction of the San Diego State University Soil Erosion Research Laboratory and was its Director from 1999-2002. He has contributed significantly to the body of knowledge related to the effectiveness of alternative approaches to erosion control through field and laboratory testing programs.
Michael is a three-time past president of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) and Chief of Council for the IECA’s International Regional Council. He is one of the leading technical authors on subjects related to erosion and sediment control, resource management, and post-fire hazard mitigation. He regularly teaches seminars and workshops on the subject of storm water pollution and has written numerous instruction manuals to support his teaching.

Mr. J.P. Johns, P.E., has 20 years’ experience in hydrology and hydraulic analysis of urban waterways with additional experience in erosion prevention and sediment control, post-construction water quality, and NPDES MS4 program implementation. He earned a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering and an MS degree in Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University. He received the IECA 2014 Sustained Contributor Award, is currently the President of the IECA Southeast Chapter, is a member of the South Carolina Association of Stormwater Managers, the Water Environment Association of South Carolina, and sits on the ASTM D18 and C27 committees.

Colin Schiller of Walshs Seeds Pty Ltd has been involved in soil and vegetation management for over 30 years. He has worked on Highway, Powerline, Railline projects, Coal Seam Gas, Coal & Gold Mines and major Residential subdivisions. Col regularly runs CPESC training courses in the Australasian Region and has been a CPESC for five years. Apart from Australia and New Zealand, Colin has consulted to projects in India, Pakistan, Greece, Malaysia and Papaua New Guinea. Col is currently on the IECA Region Two board and holds the position of Vice President- International Development. He is also President of the Southern Queensland Land Rehabilitation Group.
