John Gleason, PE, QSD, QSPO, TOR, CPESC is a Senior Project Manager/Professional Civil Engineer with AECOM in Orange, California. He is a qualified Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Developer and Practitioner (QSD/QSP) in compliance the the California General NPDES Permit for Construciton Stormwater Discharges. He is a trainer of record and has trained over 150 QSD/QSPs. He is also a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and he is an approved CPESC trainer providing training for over 100 CPESCs. He is a hands-on trainer that gets into the field for inspections and provides cost-effective resolutions for compliance. He has designed construction sediment basins, inspected them on construction sites and has worked through many challenges for sites with compliance issues.
