Clinical Pharmacy Program Manager
Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin
In her role as Clinical Pharmacy Program Manager, Erica develops and coordinates clinical pharmacy services at Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin. She led the effort to integrate pharmacists into primary care at GHC in 2014. The program provides ambulatory care pharmacy services to patients with asthma, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and those taking anticoagulants or specialty injectable medications. Pharmacists also provide telephonic or in-person MTM sessions and transition-of-care medication reconciliation visits. In addition to her role in clinical pharmacy, Erica is a formulary management pharmacist. She leverages her knowledge in both areas to coordinate “triple aim” initiatives for GHC members. Erica earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007 and started at GHC soon after. She was a 2014 recipient of the Helen Parrish Better Together Award and the 2017 recipient of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin's Excellence in Innovation award.
