Director of Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement
Katie Tardiff is a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years’ experience providing clinical care and holding leadership positions in provider and payer healthcare organizations. Katie is currently the Director of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement at Seniorlink, an innovative caregiving company pioneering solutions to help caregivers provide their loved ones with the highest quality care. She is passionate about providing person-centered care to older adults and their caregivers and helping them to live in the community for as long as safely possible. In this role, Katie led efforts resulting in Seniorlink's Caregiver Homes becoming the first organization in the U.S. to be awarded the three-year Accreditation status for Case Management with Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Distinction. This is the highest level awarded by NCQA, whose program recognizes an organization's excellence in coordinating quality patient-focused care for people with long-term and chronic conditions. Her background as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner has provided her the foundation to offer unique clinical insights into the quality and operational aspects of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), both from a provider and payer lens.
Prior to Seniorlink, Katie was the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations for Tufts Health Plan Senior Care Options (SCO), a health plan designed to support the needs of older adults who are eligible for Medicaid. Katie has an MSN from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a BS in Biology from Stonehill College.
