Quality Improvement Manager, Accreditation and Regulatory
Amy Kellogg is a Pacific Northwest Native and currently resides in Graham, Washington. She studied Medical Assisting at ETON Technical Institute earning her MAA in 1994 as well as an AAS-Nursing Prep from Pierce College in 2004. Amy is currently enrolled at Western Governor’s University in the Healthcare Management Bachelor’s program. Amy employs the philosophies of LeanSixSigma and Kaizen daily in her work as an accreditation and regulatory manager and is currently a LSS green belt. Amy truly enjoys sharing her knowledge for cross-functional team collaboration, project building and management, and mentoring co-workers to improve workflow processes using Lean concepts. She has worked for 25 years in the medical field, with her primary focus on Internal Medicine, which ignited her passion for public health and wellness. She is a nationally recognized immunization and public health advocate and speaker, and has worked the last ten years in the Quality and Risk Management departments of a local Federally Qualified Health Center, a major, local multi-hospital organization, and currently for a leading managed care organization in Washington State. Amy enjoys reading, knitting and yarn work, listening to live and local music, and many local sporting events.
