Diversifying your Business & Expanding Opportunities

Energize Your Business with Peer Groups*

Wednesday, April 25
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Salon J (5th Floor)
CEUs: BPI, InterNachi, NARI, ASHI

Peer Groups, groups of non-competing contractors who come together to share secrets for success, can be an invaluable aid to contractors seeking to make their businesses perform. The frank discussion of what works and what doesn't in their businesses helps them improve profitability. Wearing silly costumes is purely optional! In this session hear how contractors participating in groups discuss important business issues such as key performance indicators, operating procedures and processes, marketing and advertising strategies, quality management, employee and labor issues, industry trends, and other issues. Learn what to look for in peers and how to organize, launch, and conduct your group--and maybe find some colleagues to form your own group!
