Join this unique evening event to learn from your peers about new innovations, intriguing concepts, and impactful solutions moving the industry forward. In the spirit of TED, this new event will provide a stage for GREAT IDEAS WORTH SPREADING in our world of home performance. Presentations- in 8-minute or 2- minute talk formats- will discuss a diverse group of topics, from healthy homes and workforce development, to climate change and community impact.

Debra is a home performance and valuation specialist and creator of AjO, a mobile data tool that equips contractors to quickly collect and report data on energy upgrade projects. AJO produces a One Page Report that supports data requirements of appraisers to attribute value to performance assets.
Debra educates real estate appraisers and agents on valuation and market representation of high-performance home assets; energy and water efficiency, beyond energy, and renewables. She advocates for Integrated Realization of Full Market Value.
