Keith is a licensed HVAC, Insulation, and General Contractor and specializes in mechanical design, insulation systems, moisture management, Zero Net Energy building, and the Home Performance Business as a whole. Keith owns and operates Eco Performance Builders, a Home Performance Contracting company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Keith has also designed, built, and sold Zero Net Energy Homes in Oakland with guaranteed zero energy bills.

Dan Perunko is co-owner of Balance Point Home Performance, a small training and contracting company specializing creating low energy homes. Dan is excited by the level of comfort and efficiency that is achieved in the homes BPHP works on. In addition to construction and training services BPHP has been experimenting with C02 heat pump water heating and high efficiency space heating for low load homes. Dan is also very interested in Indoor Air Quality and has been working on filtration and monitoring projects.
