Anthony Cox is the building science manager and lead trainer for Community Housing Partners, Energy Solutions Research and Training division and has been involved with weatherization and the home performance industry for over 25 years. Anthony was the recipient of the 2016 Linda Wigington Leadership Award and in 2005 received a National Weatherization Recognition Award from the U.S. Department of Energy. Anthony provides nationwide training in residential energy conservation and diagnostics. He developed his "House of Pressure" as a training tool to visually demonstrate home performance testing.

Andrew Woodruff is a trainer and project manager for CHP Energy Solutions. He has a broad range of professional experience that includes architectural design and construction, affordable housing program administration, and energy modeling. Andrew earned a degree in Architectural Technology and Design, with a minor in Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State University. As a trainer, proctor, and practicing certified professional for the past 8 years, he has had the privilege of working with weatherization agencies all over the US and as far abroad as Argentina working for Weatherizers Without Borders.
