Location: Salon A (5th Floor)
CEUs: BPI, InterNachi, NARI, ASHI

Unintended consequences arise from every change.  To help limit troublesome unintended consequences, Weatherization and Building Performance professionals are bombarded with diagnostic testing requirements and results.  Is this leading to better workscopes and results?  This panel is focused on discussing various diagnostic testing models as well as the knowledge of field professionals to use the results.  How likely is it that the chosen remedied will be successful?  Are there other alternatives identified by the diagnostic testing results that may be more effective, less costly, and limit other unintended consequences?
