Location: Salon K (5th Floor)
CEUs: BPI, InterNachi, NARI, ASHI

Managers and supervisors as well as co-workers in the field are often tasked with training new employees or training existing employees new techniques or processes. The question is how often have these individuals received training in how to provide effective training for adults. Review tips and tricks to help you provide effective training for your field staff -- learn how effective communication plays a key role in training toward realistic outcomes. Participants will review how to break concepts into chunks that support learning without overwhelming learners. Realize the importance of constructive feedback and how to identify a "teachable moment."
