What steps can programs take to streamline and improve the way they deliver energy efficiency? Assessing program costs and results, a portfolio of strategies to improve customer acquisition and conversion, and adoption of industry standards like HPXML are examples that are enabling programs to improve processes and quality. To evolve with the changing home performance market, Enhabit revamped internal tools and implemented changes to improve the quality of customer leads upfront. Arizona Public Service implemented multiple strategies that together have driven up conversion rates and energy savings. Build It Green incorporated standards into a strategy to improve energy savings predictions and contractors’ program experience.
