Some owners are smart enough to take advantage of the residential programs for tenants and use the commercial programs for central systems and DSM. The best of all worlds would be programs AIMED FOR MULTIFAMILY. Two seasoned practioners will tell war stories with a goal to help design better multifamily programs. WAP agencies that only perform single family retrofits will also learn how to increase their production at a significantly lower cost per unit.
