Worst Practices: How to Put Yourself out of Business*

Wednesday, April 25
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Location: 401 & 402 (4th Floor)
CEUs: BPI, InterNachi, NARI, ASHI

Learn what not to do from leading Home Performance Contractors. We have all made mistakes over the years and learned from them (hopefully) so we have compiled our mistakes into one session with lots of Q and A time. This session will cover everything from start up problems (choosing a company name, writing a business plan, finding funding,) and business model development to equipment choices, installation techniques, growing pains, and legal issues. You name it, one of us has probably stumbled over it or into it.

Mistakes are inevitable in running a business so if you can learn from us, you might just skip a few of the bumps we have been over.

* this session is powered by Efficiency First
