Running a Home Performance Business is hard work and building it is even harder. Separating yourself from the competition and separating yourself from the day to day installations can be tough. Feedback loops help to make sure your business is running correctly and your installations are top notch. We will discuss data feedback for personnel, sales, production, and performance of equipment installations as well as energy usage. Learn how this feedback has helped grow business, profit, and relieve stress.
