FPA’s Meetings & Conference Team is focused on developing methods to continuously improve the Annual Conference experience. To that end, the Meetings & Conference Team is using a tool that allows us to map the experience of attendees' onsite, during the conference, in real time. Unlike traditional post-conference surveys, this method will allow FPA to change/adjust attendee experiences mid-conference and offer real time solutions to attendee issues.
By enrolling in ExperienceGuru you will receive approximately 20–25 total text messages during Annual Conference prompting you to fill out a VERY brief and simple survey (thumbs up/thumbs down) about your experience at Annual. You will also receive 1–3 brief surveys (1 question each) post conference as part of this project.
