ABOUT THE FAEP
The 55th Annual Ocala Equine Conference is presented by the Florida Association of Equine Practitioners (FAEP), the equine-exclusive division of the Florida Veterinary Medical Association (FVMA).
The FAEP’s mission is to support the professional development of its members and to educate its members on conditions affecting the equine industry as well as methods for improving the welfare of horses in the state of Florida.
The FAEP strongly recommends that you register in advance for the 55th Annual Ocala Equine Conference. Your registration covers all CE sessions, access to the Conference Exhibit Hall, lunch and dinner on Saturday, lunch on Sunday, all breaks held in the Exhibit Hall, and conference proceedings. Advance registrations will be accepted until December 22, 2017. After this date, a late registration fee of $50.00 will be added to all registrations, including on-site registrations.

Cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees minus a $50 administrative charge is December 29, 2017. Cancellations should be submitted to the FAEP in writing and acknowledged by the above date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after December 22, 2017 and no-shows are not refundable.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
Persons with disabilities who plan on attending the FAEP Conference and need auxiliary aids or services are requested to make arrangements by contacting the FAEP office at (800) 992-3862 no later than December 22, 2017.
Name badges are required and will be checked when attending all conference functions. You must be a registered conference attendee to receive a badge. If you are traveling with a spouse or guest who does not want to attend the CE sessions, you may purchase a spouse/guest badge for $125. The badge allows the spouse/guest to receive lunch and dinner on Saturday, lunch on Sunday, and access to breaks in the Exhibit Hall.
WET LAB PACKET PICK-UP - AVAILABLE AT WET LAB VENUE
Friday, January 19: Packet Pick-up: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM Wet Lab Hours: 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM
Transportation between the host hotel and wet lab venue will be provided.
This lab is expected to sell out and advance registration is highly encouraged.

One electronic access code for the 55th Annual Ocala Equine Conference proceedings will be provided to each registered attendee.
