This session is for the in-person event only and is not available with Connect On-Demand.

This session is eligible for Pennsylvania Act 48 professional education hours.

During this session, participants will share challenges and offer solutions pertaining to various school-based issues. Participants and a dedicated facilitator for each topic will discuss a set of attendee-submitted questions to kick off fruitful brainstorming and idea generation. Topics will include: autism spectrum disorder, AAC, workload/caseload, service delivery, and school safety.

Lisa Rai Mabry-Price, MS CCC-SLP, is Associate Director of School Services at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has clinical experience in a vareity of settings including schools, outpatient adult rehabilitation, long term care and private practice. She has a special interest in pediatric feeding and swallowing and has published on the topic. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a member of the University of Kentucky Hall of Fame.
