Amy Killelea, J.D.

Amy Killelea is the director of the Health Systems Integration program at NASTAD (National Alliance of State & Territorial AIDS Directors), an organization that represents governmental public health officials responsible for overseeing HIV and hepatitis programs. Amy leads NASTAD's health reform, public and private insurance, and health care financing efforts, including providing resources and technical assistance for HIV and hepatitis health department programs and developing recommendations to inform state and federal policy. Amy co-chairs the HIV Health Care Access Working Group and serves as a consumer liaison representative to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Prior to NASTAD, Amy worked as a senior fellow in Harvard Law School’s Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, conducting legal and regulatory analysis of federal health care reform, Medicaid, and private insurance. Amy received her B.A. from Smith College and J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
