David Rosen, DBH, LCSW, C-ASWCM has been the Clinical Director of Hudson Pride Center since 2002. He received his Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University in 2012, his MSW from Rutgers University in 1996 and has been a NJ-Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1998, with a professional focus on HIV care with LGBT populations. At Hudson Pride, his primary work responsibilities include the provision of HIV/PrEP treatment adherence counseling, clinical supervision of staff and MSW/BSW field interns, grant writing and delivering HIV/LGBT sensitivity trainings to both social service and healthcare professionals across NJ. In his "spare" time, he also currently teaches HIV, LGBT and HBSE courses as a Part-Time Lecturer for the MSW program at Rutgers University. His past professional roles include serving as an HIV Medical Case Manager for the VNA of Central Jersey, an HIV Training Coordinator for the NJ Local Performance Site of the NY/NJ AETC and the Clinical Director for the Instititute for Family and Adolescent Services, an Intensive Outpatient Addictions Program. He also taught Behavioral Care Entrepreneurship for several years for the on-line DBH program at Arizona State University and HBSE, Clinical Practice and Psychopathology for the MSW program at Kean University this past year. For over 20 years, Dr. Rosen has presented at national, state and local conferences across the U.S. on topics such as HIV behavioral care, HIV/PrEP adherence and LGBT sensitivity.
