The session will review how to leverage your support desk and support calls to identify unknown opportunities with existing clients. The support desk is your front lines into your existing customer base and provides an exceptional view into the needs and wants of customers that might not normally be identified.

Jo is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has over 26 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance and business intelligence software with 21 years of that exclusively Dynamics GP (Great Plains). Prior to joining the partner community Jo was an end user of GP for 10 years as a Senior Accountant and Controller. She is now a senior consultant with the Heartland Business Systems but has worked with many other Microsoft Gold Partners. Jo has spent 11 years in consulting where she has focused on implementing Dynamics GP and many of its various 3rd party tie-ins. She has spent a great deal of time working Support for GP especially concentrating on SQL and networking. Jo has a great deal of financial reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence software experience and has serviced over 600 various clients world-wide in a variety of industries. In addition, Jo was a CPA with 6 years’ experience as a controller and financial analyst where she gained expertise in financial accounting, GL closes, auditing, budgeting and reporting. .
