Sheryl Symons, MA, is Co-Founder and Managing Member of Accreditation & Outcomes Solutions. Sheryl is an experienced Data Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the CME and higher education industries. Before graduate school, Sheryl worked as a litigation paralegal for nearly 8 years. Her time in this position required excellent time management, organization and communication skills. While there, she continued to build on her existing skill set, and added two more—Data Analysis and Education Design. Sheryl created and taught courses to undergraduate students. Some were in a traditional classroom, others were online. She pursued and earned a certificate in Online Education. The PhD Political Science program at Binghamton is known for its production of highly trained quantitave scholars.

After earning the Masters degree and completing all coursework for the PhD, Sheryl went “on market” and learned that the job market for higher education is extremely competitive.
