We Care: Implementation of the P6 Methodology-Promise, People, Process, Policy, Procedure, Product; Infection Prevention Perspective

Monday, September 17
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Room C151

Providing the best possible vascular access care to the sickest of patients is complex. A 600-bed trauma center in the United States shares its promise to the community to provide the highest quality of care possible through a framework focused on patient outcomes. The team assessed their people, process, policy and procedures, and AngioDynamics products in order to keep its promise. They also integrated their change process with industry partners. This session will be delivered from the infection prevention perspective and will provide attendees a framework to make this success repeatable.
