As technology advances in vascular access organizations depend on their clinical experts to convey the need and present business justifications for new equipment. Many clinicians have never submitted proposals for new equipment. This session will review the process a large health care system uses to source and standardize infusion-related equipment across the national program from Hawaii to the Mid-Atlantic states. Attendees can use the knowledge and strategies presented in this session to successfully submit for new technology at their facilities.
