CATCH THOSE Z’S AVA’s host hotels are the Hilton Columbus Downtown and Hyatt Regency Columbus, which both connect directly to the Columbus Convention Center. Both hotels are just a short 15-minute drive from the John Glenn International Airport. These hotels sit in the heart of the Short North, one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city complete with restaurants, bars and local shopping.
GO Make the trek to Central Ohio via plane or car. Columbus is one of the most accessible cities in the United States, and just a day’s drive for half the population. We encourage you to make plans to carpool with your coworkers or clinicians in neighboring hospitals.
The vast majority of events will be held at the Columbus Convention Center, connected to both official hotels (Hilton and Hyatt).

EXPLORE There is plenty to keep you busy in Columbus when you’re not at the convention center. An overflow of restaurants, green space at nearby parks, art galleries and shopping options are available within walking distance of the Convention Center in the Short North.
With so many nearby entertainment options, walking around the Short North for dinner or drinks is encouraged. Or, elect to take the CBUS, a free downtown circulator that runs every 10-15 minutes from the Short North Arts District to the Brewery District.
