Dr Neil Herendeen is an associate professor of pediatrics at Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong and director of the Strong Pediatric Practice since 1994. He is a Rochester native and stayed at the University of Rochester for his undergraduate studies, medical school, pediatric residency and Masters of Medical Management at the U of R’s Simon School. He is actively involved in a number of community projects for improving the health and well being of vulnerable children and is medical director of the Health-e-Access pediatric telemedicine project connecting children in schools and child care centers to their primary care medical home.
