The course will review the available resources and provide a template to customize the content to your specific requirements. The course will include presentation material like a PowerPoint slide deck, Facilitator and Learner handouts as well as some examples of best practices.

Bryan T. Arkwright works as a Managing Consultant with Schumacher Clinical Partners Consulting Services focusing on Telehealth / Telemedicine Strategy and Operations. Bryan’s immediate past experience was serving as interim Corporate Director for a large international pediatric health system, and prior to that as Director of the Mission Center for Telehealth in Asheville, NC where he oversaw the expansion and growth of their Telehealth clinical programs reaching over 44 locations and establishing a comprehensive multi-year telehealth strategic plan. Bryan’s other experiences include working at Wake Forest Baptist Health serving as lead for their Office of Telehealth and launching key regional telehealth programs. Bryan’s additional areas of expertise include: Project Management, Business Development, mHealth, Strategic Planning, and Process Improvement.
Bryan has a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, a Master of Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia / VCU, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality. Bryan regularly speaks on Telehealth and is active on Social Media tracking the latest Telehealth, Digital Health, and Future Healthcare news and trends @StateOfTheArk.

Monica Leslie brings more than nine years of experience working in health care strategy, care innovations, digital health, alternative delivery models and operational excellence to her role with SCP Consulting Services. As Managing Consultant, she helps clients in project specialty areas such as: telehealth strategy and business planning, value-based care delivery models, and hospital operations to design and deliver products, services and experiences to move health care forward.
She formerly served as Director of Operations and Strategy for Ingenios Health, a personalized, preventative healthcare organization that delivers technology-based client services in patient homes to close gaps in care. Monica has also served in leadership roles at Wake Forest Baptist Health and the University of Florida Health. She began her career with an intensive, year-long Executive Mentorship program at Wake Forest Baptist Health.
Monica received her Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida. In the fall of 2015, Monica obtained her RTY-200 from the Studio DC School of yoga and enjoys teaching in her free time. Lastly, Monica is part of the inaugural class of ATA2018 Connectors Program, an ATA social media focused communications initiative for this year’s conference.
