Robert L. Choi has founded and managed several population health management and technology companies. He is a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Collain Healthcare, an LG CNS Company, and exclusive commercialization and innovation partner for LG CNS Healthcare Solutions. His focus includes development and commercialization of next-generation health information platforms and connectivity solutions for the long term post acute care industry and digital health apps for consumer-connected care including the LG Interactive Virtual CareTM framework. He has extensive experience in healthcare provider operations across long term, post acute, community-based care and population health initiatives. He previously served as a Vice President at Harden Healthcare, a provider to 34,000 patients daily. He is an active investor and advisor of several healthcare provider organizations, technology startups and investment groups involved in population health, long term post acute care, concierge medicine and senior housing real estate. He is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta.

Kelly Spiers

Vision Home Health and Home Care

Kelly Spiers has been an active early adopter of Telehealth and population management strategies in the Idaho marketplace. He was instrumental in rolling out telehealth and virtual care in Eastern Idaho and initiated the first video physician visits in that region. In his current leadership role at Vision Home Health, Spiers is pushing to move rural Idaho into the digital healthcare market. He has worked in the long-term and post-acute care arena for 12 years with experience ranging from startups to facility management, and then multiple facility oversight. Spiers earned his undergraduate degree from Weber State University and holds an MBA from the University of Florida.

Karl Hess, M.B.A., B.A., P.M.P., is currently Senior Vice President of Digital and Population Health at Collain Healthcare, LLC., an LG CNS subsidiary, where he is responsible for LG CNS' portfolio of digital health products and services, which is purposed to enable the future of actual population health management and value-based care enablement. Prior to rejoining Collain Healthcare, Karl was a Founding Managing Director of OnDigitalHealth Consulting, LLC, a specialized strategy consulting firm which he founded to serve the burgeoning and rapidly diversifying digital health industry. Karl was formerly Vice President, Corporate Development, Partnerships at Welltok, Inc., a digital health company revolutionizing the way population health managers align consumer actions and behaviors with the right incentives and rewards. In his role with Welltok, Mr. Hess was charged with identifying, exploring, cultivating, developing, managing and commercializing external partnership relations across more than 70 digital health categories for Welltok's CaféWell Connect Partner Program in support of the Connect Marketplace. Earlier in his career, Karl worked for several start-up and Fortune 500 digital health, molecular diagnostics, biopharmaceutical, medical technology and consulting firms including Genentech, Becton Dickinson, WellDoc and PRTM, now a subsidiary of PwC, principally across market and business development. Karl began his career as a life sciences researcher, conducting pre-clinical cancer research at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and biotech R&D for what are now several subsidiaries of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.
