Chief Operating Officer at OTN, Gilad is responsible for the Operations of the company with a broad portfolio including: Product Management, Technology (Infrastructure, Software development and Integration) and Project Management Office.
Gilad holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and an MBA from Schulich Business School, York University, Toronto.

Robert Williams

Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director
Ontario Telemedicine Network

A family physician, Dr. Williams began his practice in Timmins in 1976, where he served as Chief of Staff for 15 years. A co-founder of NORTH Network, Dr. Williams has served as a member and Chair of the Canadian Institute of Health Information Physician Advisory Committee and the Ontario Medical Association Committee on Hospitals, as a Commissioner of Ontario’s Health Services Restructuring Committee and as a member of the Registration Committee for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Dr. Williams currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for the Ontario Telemedicine Network, where he provides strategic leadership, advocacy and support for the organization’s medical interests.

Erin Keely

Professor, Dept of Medicine
University of Ottawa

Dr. Erin Keely is an Endocrinologist at The Ottawa Hospital, Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Ottawa. She is Co-Founder and Specialist lead for the Champlain BASE eConsult service. Her current research interests include health service delivery, specifically the implementation and evaluation of a regional eConsultation service. Her other area of academic interest is medical education with a focus on communication between health care professionals. She has received grants from the Canadian Diabetes Association, CIHR, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and Health Canada.

Matthew Leduc

Matt Leduc is the Director of Product Delivery at OntarioMD, an organization dedicated to helping community-based physicians deliver the best possible care to their patients through the use of digital health technologies and services. Drawing on over 15 years of health care experience, Matt leads the development and implementation of digital health products that help physicians spend more time caring for their patients and less time locating up-to-date patient information. Matt started his career in health care at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in the emergency and trauma unit in Toronto, Ontario, and worked for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and eHealth Ontario prior to joining OntarioMD in 2012.

Matt graduated with an Honours BA from the University of Toronto.
