I am an Assistant Professor of Urology at University of Michigan. I developed the Department of Urology's telemedicine program. Over the last 1.5 years, I have engaged over a hundred patients with surveys, interviews and focus groups to understand what patients want from direct-to-consumer telemedicine.

Aalap Doshi is a human centered designer. He works at the intersection of people, business and technology and is always looking to apply design and design thinking to solve problems and inspire delight. He believes that true solutions and beautiful experiences are born out of a deep sense of empathy for the people that you design for. He currently works as a designer for the University of Michigan's Health System and is based in Ann Arbor, MI.

Molly C. Dwyer-White, MPH, serves as the Administrative Director for the Office of Patient Experience at Michigan Medicine.
