This session will provide an update to radiation oncology residency program directors and program coordinators on the work of the Review Committee for Radiation Oncology in the Next Accreditation System, including Program Update, Major Changes in Program Requirements and NAS Accreditation Reviews. Additional topics will include review of resident survey information, the application of the new Sections I-V of the Common Program Requirements, information related to the self-study and 10-year site visit process, and will provide an opportunity for attendees to share their challenges and local solutions. This session will provide information that will be applicable to attendees to apply to their own programs.

Learning Objectives:

• Explain recent changes in common and specialty-specific program requirements.
• Assess their program''s letter of notification and respond to citations.
• Prepare for their program''s 10-year self-study.
