Adam Stoehr is a business excellence strategy and employee happiness researcher and speaker. He is one of Excellence Canada's primary faculty members who facilitates leadership, organizational assessment, process improvement, and quality management training across Canada. He has a Ph.D. in business strategy from the University of the West of England, Bristol Business School. His thesis was “The Relationship Between a Strategic Approach to Quality and Employee Happiness.” Dr. Stoehr also has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a bachelor of business administration and French degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has delivered talks for more than 25,000 people since 2000.
