Tracy Owens is a business transformation leader who has driven performance improvement programs and initiatives for his employers and client organizations to achieve short-term objectives and better long-term results. He is an ASQ Fellow, and he has spoken at the WCQI annually since 2009. Tracy is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, and a Baldrige examiner for the state of Ohio. He is a founding member of ASQ's Innovation Division and co-author of The Executive Guide to Innovation. His first book - Six Sigma Green Belt, Round 2 - is also available at the ASQ Bookstore.

Daniel Zrymiak is from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, and has more than 25 years of professional experience in quality management. He works for Accenture and has worked in Hong Kong, Germany, and Canada, with specific experience in business services, manufacturing, medical software, and web commerce solutions. Zrymiak was also a part-time faculty member at the University of British Columbia, British Columbia Institute of Technology, and Kwantlen Polytechnic University teaching software quality assurance, software testing, statistics, and configuration management. He has attained distinctions as a quality professional, including designation as an ASQ Fellow and receipt of ASQ's Crosby and Feigenbaum Medals and Testimonial Award. He is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), Quality Engineer (CQE), and has multiple lead auditor credentials. He has been a conference speaker at multiple international quality conferences. Zrymiak is an ASQ Quality Press author and reviewer, and serves on several ASQ divisions and Techncal Communities in multiple voluntary member-leader roles and committees.
