Jessica Skelley is the current Director-at-Large for the Section of Ambulatory Care Practitioners, and also the current Past Chair of the Compensation and Practice Sustainability Advisory Group for the Section of Ambulatory Care Practitioners. She serves as an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice for Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy. As an ambulatory care practitioner, over the past seven years she has developed and implemented new clinical pharmacy services at two different practice sites, including but not limited to a diabetes management service, an anticoagulation service, and a transitions of care program. She co-authored a recent manuscript for AJHP on starting a new ambulatory care practice site, and also serves as faculty for a family medicine medical residency program with 20 practicing physicians where she assists with resident education and the development of quality improvement initiatives.

Zach Weber, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP, CDE is the Director of Interprofessional Education and a Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice for Purdue University College of Pharmacy, an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine for Indiana University School of Medicine, and an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, IN. He received his PharmD degree from Purdue University and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at the Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN followed by a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Specialty residency at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. His practice for Eskenazi Health involves the provision of collaborative drug therapy management services for chronic cardiovascular and metabolic disease. Dr. Weber is a past Chair for the ASHP Section Advisory Group on Compensation and Practice Sustainability.

      Dr. English Gonzalez received her MD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, and completed her residency training at the Georgetown University/Providence Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program before coming to St. Vincent's East Family Medicine (SVEFM) Residency Program as clinical faculty and director of resident curriculum. In her first year as faculty she completed an academic fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill to better equip herself with the unique and diverse skills needed to be an effective faculty member. In addition to her role at SVEFM, she serves as an item writer for the American Board of Family Medicine, Assistant Professor at UAB School of Medicine, Assistant Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Clinical Faculty member of the Department of Clinical Sciences at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Gonzalez has a long history in medical education while advocating for advanced practice and educational models in the primary care setting that include pharmacists.
