Michelle L. Hilaire is currently a Clinical Professor at the University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy. She earned her PharmD from Duquesne University and completed 2 residencies at the University of Toledo and the University of Tennessee. Her clinical practice site is the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency in Fort Collins, CO. She is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Ambulatory Care, a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. She is an active member of ASHP, ACCP, AACP and the Colorado Pharmacists Society. She currently serves on the ASHP Ambulatory Care Educational Steering Committee, the AACP Council of Faculties Rules and Resolutions Committee and was part of the Academic Leaders Fellows Program. She is one of the ASHP Delegates for the state of Colorado.

Amber Fisher received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Idaho State University College of Pharmacy in 1995. She completed one year of Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency and two years of Fellowship at the Idaho State University College of Pharmacy Drug Utilization Review Program. She is currently the Co-Director of the Boise Center of Excellence in Primary Care Education and the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program Director and holds Affiliate Faculty Status with Idaho State University. Her interests lie in post-graduate pharmacy education, leadership, and interprofessional education and practice.

Katie Erickson attended University of Oregon where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and General Science before completing her PharmD at OSU/OHSU. After her PharmD, she completed a general pharmacy practice residency and an ambulatory care residency at the Boise VA. After residency she worked with the Veterans Health Administration as the NW region pharmacy program manager for the Virtual Integrated Multisite Patient Aligned Care Team where she managed a group of 7 pharmacists providing primary care telehealth clinical pharmacy specialist services to the region. Recently she has ventured into the private sector with St. Luke's Health Partners working to bring value based care to Idaho. She initially became interested in rural health through participation in outreach clinics in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Nepal. Her current interest is in expanding roles of pharmacists within primary care.
